Trimming and edging your grass helps to keep it healthy and looking good. Do the best job for large lawns. 2 Cycle Gas Trimmers- require that you mix oil and gas before you start. 4 Cycle Gas Trimmers- These are the best in trimmers. Electric-Corded
Usually weigh about 5 pounds. Cost the least when compared to the other types of trimmers. Considered inconvenient to some for having to drag the cord around from the inside to the outside. Good choice if you can reach any corner of your yard within 100' - 150' of an electrical outlet in your house.
Cordless
The least powerful of the 3 choices. Runs on a battery which lasts only about 20 minutes. Great for those who have a very simple and small area to trim.
